How to Install gputils software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

gputils software package provides GNU PIC utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gputils

gputils is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gputils package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gputils *

You will get with gputils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
